It is necessary to require internet connection, TV with HDMI inputs, HDMI cable (which might be included) & laptop/ PC with HDMI port. Assuming the Samsung TV includes the HDMI port(s). Now insert HDMI cable into HDMI port on the Samsung TV while insert the other end of the cable into the HDMI port on the PC/laptop. Next start the PC/laptop & open browser to navigate Netflix website. Log in to your Netflix account (if not create one). Press the Menu button on the TV remote. Select the Input option & then choose Source List. Select HDMI/HDMI 1 option. Next adjust the settings to set the TV screen as the computer monitor. Next follow the user guide for more specific instructions on doing this.

More info is needed on the TV model would help, If it's a Smart TV it may be able to connect via Wi-Fi under the apps. If you have Xfinity / Comcast they have an app that links automatically. Select the app, enter your Netflix password and you're done.
