Interested in becoming a network engineer

I am a ECE graduate and working as a drive test engineer but am not satisfied with this job so I want to change my field to network and I'm interested to become a network engineer. So can anybody please suggest to me about this networking field?

    Although you mentioned ece graduate, and there is a chapter/ subject on electrical network, that can help you to gather knowledge on network systems.     Suggestion; Get your certification in Network+ so that you can get the basics of networking down.  From there, if there is a college near you, see if they have a certification program for Network Administration.  It is the easiest, and cheapest way to get your CCNA training and certification.  While there, you can also start networking with other students who are currently working in the field, especially if you go to class at night.  Good luck.
