I need to configure around 200 POP3 accounts in Outlook 2016, to keep a record of all the employees mail accounts, like an extra backup as our company runs on emails mostly. Is it possible? What are the best practices for maintaining such large accounts' data file? Also what kind of configuration should I look for such a PC which can handle this?
