What about generic services? Are you having a problem with one?

What type of generic service want to configure that you reveal first. There are several methods to configure like high availability wizard/ powershell cmdlets/ cluster command (though it is not available in 2012). Did you want to cluster a mail server/ just a database server application wizard. Thinking you have some basic knowledge before doing all of these, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/cc753938.aspx
