Company Google Account- Private Computer

Browser history
I just realized that I forgot to log out of my work Google account and have been using Google to search for the past few weeks. I am on my own computer in my own network. Does my employer now have access to my search history?

Why are you so worried if your employer could find your browser search history ! You must obey your company/ employers' rules/ regulations. However, for your satisfaction, you can clear the browser history.

I do follow company rules and regulations, but I was not on a company device or in the company network. I find it unnerving that my rather small company could have access to all my searches through Google. This means they would know about any financial, medical, or job searches... I did. If being logged into the company Google account does send them information, I don't think clearing the computers browser history would fix the problem. My question is does simply being logged into your company Google account give them access or do you have to be on a company device or in a company network.
