Hi, I need some suggestions on commvault galaxy 7.0 environment we have. Kindly give me some directionssuggestions from where to start, what to look at. below are my issues listed.Tapes being labelled with the wrong formats or site code.Blank reports sent to users, or reports instructing sites to use incorrect tapes for the next backup,Security within the console - the security has not been set correctly, any users who have access to the CommVault console appear to have admin access - we require different access groups to define different levels of access within the console, is there a way to schedule a report warning sites that they need to purchase new tapes? At the moment,we find out that new tapes are required when we have run out of available tapes.
