    In general, there is no such command. However if you have currently supported version of the OS, you should be able to run this command:
    DSPDTAARA DTAARA(QUSRSYS/QSRSAV21)
    In recent earlier OS releases, you can try this command:
    DSPOBJD OBJ(QSYS/QSAV*) OBJTYPE(*DTAARA)
    You can display each object description to look at the save/restore dates. If the related type of save has been done, the save/restore date of that data area will be updated.

    No data area in that group is directly related to full-system saves, but a full-system save will invoke many of the various save types and cause updates to the data areas.
