Command executed using jt400 getting captured in Controller application logs

AS 400
Hi, I am using JT400 jar to change password of a user on the AS/400. I create the CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(USER) PASSWORD(PASSWORD) command and execute it using the CommandCall class run() method. However, the password that I send in this case is getting printed in the Controller application's log on AS400. Is there a way to suppress this logging?

What is the "Controller application's log"? Is that a 'joblog', or is it a text file created by the Controller app? (Or something else?) Any answer would be very different in those two cases. (And probably for any other case.)

    Thanks @ToddN2000 and @TheRealRaven,

Yes it is a text file that is created by the Controller app. It prints any remote command that is fired on to the AS400.

The below link will show you the product that I am talking about. It is supplied by syncsort.
