    Can you add a bit more information here - I expect Citrix will be your network environment that your Outlook/Exchange server is running on? If you are working in this environment, there should be a network administrator that you can check in with for your email support. If this is on a home computer, it isn't likely to be an issue with Citrix - what version of Outlook are you using, in exactly what environment....and what is the computer running on? more information is needed to provide assistance.
