    I don't think you can. The question doesn't really make much sense.

    What kind of "document"? Are you creating a document? Do you want to translate a document (and thereby create a new copy)? Do you want your system to be able to switch between the two language settings? (What kind of "system"? What is the OS? Personal or work?)

    You can change language as: open word, then, select tools > language, on next dialog, you can change/ select any language as your wish from the list. Now click yes to change word’s default spelling and grammar checking language to the language you selected. Click OK. If you want to use a different language for only a portion of the document, it is possible to change the language for the selected text.
