Changing network password on smart phone

One of our employees recently changed his network password. Now, he is having trouble accessing work email through his phone because he must update the password on the phone. I have not yet had the liberty of working on this. Could someone tell me where, on Verizon smart phones, would one go to update network password information?

If he goes to his existing email on the phone and does a send/receive he should get prompted for the password. If not then you would have to go into email settings and go through the setup again for that email account. You should be able to get tech support from the manufacturer of the phone if necessary, or check their on line documentation for it.

    @Rikmaria, this is, I think, more a question for the manufacturers of the phone, and the service provider. It sounds like the phone is blocked. We can't help you with this type of problem.
