Here's the thing. I have co-workers all across the U.S. and I travel frequently as well. Now, Outlook 365 is confusing me because it doesn't show the time zones anywhere. So basically, here's my question: Inside of my calendar, which time zone is that? Can I change it?

Yes, you can have Outlook display time zones. This is feature that has to be turned on though through Outlook Options. It normally is set up to display the base time zone which is what the machine is set for. You can add a 2nd time zone to the first one if you desire.
