I'm working on a PowerPoint presentation for my job. I would like to change the proofing language on all of the slides. How can I do that? I already went into the Language Preferences menu but that only works for new PowerPoint presentations. Can anyone help?

Launch PowerPoint 2010, and navigate to any slide. Within the slide, select all the text containers. Now click the Language option on the status bar. This brings up the language dialog box. Just scroll down to select/ installed language by check mark. Choose the language you want to use for your selected text container. Then click OK. This will change the proofing language option on the status bar. Now you can repeat this procedure to change the language for all the other slides.
