I wish I could add an image but I'll explain my issue the best I can. When I'm viewing my directory in Windows 10, I notice that the file type names are in a different language. I'm not sure what language it's in. This is in File Explorer. Can I change the language to English? Thank you.

It may be necessary to change the language globally. Press Windows key + I to open the Settings app. Click Time & language > Region & language > Add a language. Now select the language you want to add, and select the specific variation if applicable. Next if applicable, under Country/region, select your location to enable windows 10 to provide local content. Again press Windows key + X to open Power User menu and select Control Panel. Click Add a language. Next click the Advanced settings link in the left pane. Click the "Apply language settings to the Welcome screen, system accounts, and new user accounts." Next follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.

Are just a few of the file names in a different language than the rest of your system? Are your browsers displaying the correct language? It may be that the files were created on a system using a different language than your current system. This can cause issues for some people as copying them as far as I know won't convert the file name.
