Which path do you recommend for someone wanting to break into IT industry with no prior experience in IT industry but IT savvy as I have been a "go to" person to solve user end issues -  A Network Administration Certification track OR a Associate / Bachelors degree? What are your thoughts on taking CompTIA A+, Network+ certification track? Appreciate your feedback.

The most important questions you can answer related to this are:
    • What do you like to do in and around IT?
    • What do you feel you are good at?

The more knowledge you acquire, the better off you'll be. Just be careful on what you spend your time and money on.

There is a career section here on the site and I have written fairly extensively about IT and security careers here. Best of luck!
