Very confusing. what does CEO have to do with this post? When creating the project in VS, what type of project did you use? What version of VS are you using?  Is this a true web site with a URL or do yo have an app that you want to be able to run on multiple platforms ? We need more specifics.

    Visual Studio 2017

    Type project - Visual C# - ASP.NET Web Application.

    HotCode2.com

    CEO - means nothing.

What version of Visual Studio are you using now? How did you launch, through a professional service provider/ by the help of a portal which helps to launch your website? For iPhone/ Android it may be necessary to convert/ migration the code. However, more details are required.

My domain is on HostGator. I have URL HostGator.com which can be launched by itself.

Do you mean you cannot access your web site from your i-Phone? What browser is your iPhone using?

I can access the domain through web site, but it does not display properly on an iPhone. I need an emulator for iPhone, to perform adequate testing. The emulator should hook into Visual Studio, so I can test.

This is extremely complex. It appears instructions work only for VS 2019, and not 2017.
