Is it possible for me to change the categories of a bunch of contacts using an excell spread sheet of the contacts I wish to change. I have a large number of contact emails in an excell sheet and rather than doing it one by one I would like to just make outlook recognize the email addresses and automatically change the catagories of all of the contacts in my list. I want them to be catagorized as no mail so that they dont receive any emails from me in the future. Doing this one by one is just a huge waste of time.
