Card cannot be accessed

"Card cannot be accessed. Reinsert/change the card or format card with camera" Error on my canon t3i.The sd card is a Sandisk Ultra PLUS 80MB/s 32 GB. When I plug it in my macbook it says "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer." Then the options "Initalize, ignore and Eject". The sd card does not show up in devices, but I can see more info in disk utility verifying that there is 32,096,256 "Used Space" which would mean the card is full of data.
When I put in a windows PC, I get the message "You need to format the disk in Drive F: before you can use it." but reformating would be losing data. When I click cancel, it pops up a new message "F:| is not accessible. The file does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted." If I go to devices it shows up, but does not show the GB as usual in the bottom. I click properties and shoes 0 bytes for used and free space. I believe the disk is in RAW which I am unsure how because I was taking pictures and video on it recently.
I have tried command prompt and typing in "chkdsk F:/" which then again tells me "The type of the file system is RAW. CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives" and have tried other sd cards in both computer that work fine. Any help?

There is probably nothing you can do, unfortunately.

The card most likely got damaged, so you will have to get a new one.

Strange. Can you still see the images on SD Card if it's placed back in the camera that took them? You do have an option to transfer from the camera to pc using a data cable.

Since it's rejected by the camera, the MacBook and the Windows system, there doesn't seem to be much choice but to format it. Most likely it became corrupted during a removal/eject action; and any data is likely unusable.
