How do I get keyboard to work on my HP Pavilion 63260t?

I´d try using an external USB keyboard (from a desktop computer, for example) to see if it´s an issue with the keyboard. If the external USB keyboard works on your device you may have to replace your keyboard. There are many videos on the internet how to replace your keyboard.

If the external USB does not work, though, I´d say it is an issue with your OS. Try starting your device with a bootable DVD or memory stick with an OS, for example Ubuntu. You can learn how to create bootable DVD and/or memory sticks easily on the internet.
Now, try Ubuntu without installing it (and without messing around with the OS you have installed on your device!) and see if the keyboard works. If your keyboard works than it´s an OS issue and you do not have to replace your keyboard because it does work!

Hope this helps you figure out the real issue with your device!

The most likely answr is "Take it to a qualified service technician." Assuming that the basics are covered (e.g., "Is it plugged in?"), there's nothing we can do to help since we don't have access to the system. We can't give training in electronics troubleshooting.

Check the bios setup/ try with an external keyboard (with usb port) and see if it works. If not, carry this one to an authorized hp service center/ contact them.
