Can’t open Point Viewer on Windows Vista

I have installed Power Point Viewer on my Vista operating system. It works fine on my desktop, but the laptop doesn't show PPV as an available program to open a PPS document that I have downloaded from an email attachment. Power Point Viewer 2007 does show up as an installed program. Does anyone know how I can get PPV to be recognized when I right click and click "open with"?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The file path for the picture was not copied with the file, so there is no picture to display. YOu must save the whole folder structure with the powerpoint. http://www.pptx.viewertool.com/
