So recently I was trying to reset my Windows 8.1 pro PC.I had USB with Windows 8.1 in my pc if it needed any of the filles. While it was resetting my PC at like 60 % it stopped the reset and I was left with a half reset PC with a non functioning windows 8.1.After that I got Windows 10 on a USB and after wipeing clean my SSD and my HDD I tried installing Windows 10.While Windows is installing I get windows cannot install required files error code 0x80070015.I have tried downloading Windows again and used different USB prots on my pc.I have tried removeing ram as well if there was a problem with that.I tryed installing Windows on both my ssd and HDD but both got the same error.Used CMD to clean my drives as well before install.I have reset my mother board bios as well.
Software/Hardware used: I have 2 sticks of 8 gb ram and a 128gb SSD and 1 tb hdd
