I setup an email account for a user and he is able to open and read emails but can't forward. I have set him up in active directory with full control of this email account but when he tries to forward emails he gets an error saying he does not have sufficient permissions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I had a similar problem when I set up a second mailbox for a group of users to watch. They could not send from the secondary inbox. The error listed the user's primary mailbox name and said "You do not have permission to send to this recipient". If you are sending from a secondary account on behalf of your primary account, then on the secondary account in Active Directory, go to Exchange general tab, select Delivery Options, Add your primary account. You will now be able to send from the secondary Inbox.
