We have a remote site from where users cannot send mails to outside world but mails are coming in our domain.
We have exchange server 2003.
What all possibilties are there.
Thanks.
I'll go with "What is, your ISP is blocking outgoing connections on port 25 for $1000, Alex"
Final answer. Oops wrong game show.
Try this on the exchange server:
1. Open a command prompt
2. Type "telnet maila.microsoft.com 25"
3. a) If you get a connection failure call your ISP and yell at them for being facist weenies, or,
3. b) If you can successfully connect post again with some more detail.
Hi,
I have faced the same problem little few month ago. Our system in exchange server and client is outlook express and ms outlook.
Our mobile users( POP3 client) are not sending mails outside of our domain, that time I checked IMS configuration and click on the my sever secure authentication box.
Now its working perfectly.
Thanks
