I can delete folder from mapping drive on AS/400 Server in Windows XP OS, but same folder I cant delete on Windows 7 OS.

Most likely it's an authority issue. Talk to your network admin to get the authority needed.

It could also be a number of other things. What is the folder name? Is this a system folder or a user created one? Is this a shared folder where something may be in use? What is the error code/message you are getting?
