I am using Outlook on my PC to access my mail account and I keep getting this error: Cannot open the Outlook window. Can you assist? Any help would be appreciated!

Is there any recent update took place on your system? Before that, was the system ran properly? Is it your office/personal use? If your office, have you contacted the system admin person? Probably the outlook might corrupted/ something like that.

One more thing, you can try to run Outlook in safe mode and check if that happens again. Click Start > Run > outlook /safe.
