Cannot copy URL file

I'm trying to copy a URL file by right clicking but nothing happens. What should I do?

I am supposing that you mean you are attempting to copy a URL path to a website? Right clicking the URL should give you a prompt where you can choose to ‘Copy’ – unless this is not a Windows operating system. Can you give more details, such as what happens when you r-click, and if this is not Windows, what is it?

    on right clicking i have 3 messages - Copy Video URL - Copy Video URL at current time - Copy embed code. when i right click it just dissapears - I am on windows xp dont know what the video is on

    What that seems to be saying is that you can't copy the video. You can only copy the URL path to the video.

    There some addons for browsers that will let you capture streaming video from sites like YouTube and others. Do you want to save the video in your personal files? You can also run across this issue on some web sites with images. It won't allow the right click and save method. You can use things like the snipping tool to select the area and save the image.
