I am so annoyed right now! I'm running Windows 10 on a Dell laptop but I keep running into issues trying to connect to any wireless network. The only one I can is at my actual house. Nowhere else! I keep getting this: Cannot connect to network. But it can't be the networks because I can connect through my tablet or smartphone. I enabled / disabled the network adapter and updated the network adapter but didn't work. What else can I do?

Sounds like an undocumented feature/unintended consequence of the Windows 10 spring creators update. definitely try to reinstall your drivers from the manufacturer and also run Windows Update to see if any new updates are available. you might also consider removing your wireless device under Device Manager and then letting the system re-detect it and reinstall the drivers.
