In one of SQL Server 2008 table columns, I have to go ahead and rename it. How can I do that? I've tried this but it didn't work:
ALTER TABLE table_name RENAME COLUMN old_name to new_name;
Thanks!

    You can do this using SQL Server Management Studio by clicking on the table, columns folder then right click the column and then rename.... OR are you looking do do it via a command?
