I have a phone that was turned off by QLink wireless. I have service through another company, and my phone was stolen from me. I want to use the phone that was turned off by QLink wireless. My company told me that if QLink wireless would put a placehold ESN on the phone, I would be able to use it. I've had the phone for over a year, sitting in my drawer, but QLink won't put the placehold ESN on the phone. What can I do? I am unemployed and use the government phone for employment contacting. I went on an interview last week, but with no phone, I am sure to miss my call.
