Hi, I really need to know the full email address that is partly hidden behind asterix on Facebook. Is it possible to find a way to reveal the full emailaddress ?

    Ye, s where on Facebook ? I just poked around a bit and checked a bunch of friends and none of them even show an email address. Full or blocked. .

    Sorry I was a bit unclear. When you try to log in at Facebook with a phonenumber and click forgot password it will show a part of the email address where an email can be send to to change the password.

    @nbousa. That should be your own email. It only shows it partial for verification..This way someone cannot enter another persons phone and get their information. It's for protection

    This is the mechanism of Facebook. When you forgot password, it asks for your email id etc. So it is your part to provide the correct email id (which you provided at the time of account opening) for recovering password/ change password. For security this is shown partial.

    It's going to be the e-mail address that you associated with the Facebook account. There should be no reason you'd need to see it (unless you failed to follow the Terms of Service, in which case you're out of luck).
