I need info if AS/400 (V6R1) can print (RMTOUTQ) on a "HP Laserjet MFP 130nw" - Thank You!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I’m not seeing that particular model in the IBM information on printers from HP.

You might try using *HP4000, *HP5SI, *HP8000, or (if colour) *HPCOLORLJ for the MFRTYPMDL.

    Pure guesswork...

The printer supports LPD via an Ethernet connection, so it's a beginning of connectivity for a RMTOUTQ.

More difficult, it supports the PCLmS, URF and PWG printer languages. PCLmS is based on PDF, so it might be possible to send a PDF document as *USERASCII. From IBM's HP Printers page:
    • If a printer supports direct PDF printing, then it generally supports the printing of *USERASCII spooled files containing PDF data through a *LAN 3812 printer device description, a Remote Output Queue, a PC5250 printer session, or using Binary FTP to send a PDF file stored in the Integrated File System directly to the printer TCP/IP address or host name. However, this is dependent on the version of PDF used to generate the *USERASCII spooled file or PDF file, as well as the PDF version supported by the printer firmware.
Without one of them to experiment with, that's about as much guesswork as I can put together.

We used this config for low-end HP printers when just a remote output queue does not:

    CRTDEVPRT DEVD(your_prt)
              DEVCLS(*LAN)
