Welcome to ITKE, JJinColorado! Would this be for Microsoft Outlook?

Could be just a personal habit. Or the attachment was not ready at the time the invitation was sent. Or some people got the attachment 1st to review and approve, then it was sent to others later.

Bottom line is there is no 100% right or wrong way

Thank you. I see it all the time...invitations are sent then attachments are sent via email instead of adding to the original invitation. Was wondering if there is an issue w/Outlook Calendar. I normally add attachments to the invitations, no matter the time frame. But can't determine if there is a technical reason why others do not. Adding attachments to the invitations keeps everything together and the user is less likely to miss needed documentation for that call/meeting. I end up creating a day-long entry then move the attachments from the email to the new entry for these meetings so everything is on the calendar.
