Helmi:

The FM-200, Inergen and CO2 systems coverage is tied to the system volume.

In the US we have around \$12 cu-ft for small spaces.

Your best bet is to have a fire protection company do a rough estimate for you.

BTW, is it an insurance requirement???

• In the US we have around \$12 cu-ft for small spaces. How small is small? How much is the cost for a space 6000 SF X 12 Feet = 72 000 cuf? I heard that 2.25/cubic meter - 2/cubic meter is a good cost estmate. Which one is true? Thanks

• NFPA 2001 provides the formula and tables required for the various design calculations.

For fast and efficient calculations, simple design tool software can be really helpful:

• @Mominur, what kind of environment is there? Is this your office/for an individual? It is better to ask to a good consultant/expert person.

FOR EXAMPLE ROOM LENGTH 10 X WIDTH 10 X HEIGHT 15
10X10X15X0.0283= 42.45
THEN 42.45 X 0.4985= 21.161325
