We have a Rolodex set up in Outlook for all our clients. Some of them overlap, such as John Smith might own Smith Cleaning and Smith Construction. John Smith's e-mail would be on both of those. When we send a mass e-mail to all our clients it would sent him two e-mails, one for each company. Is there a way to stop that and fix it to not send to duplicate e-mails? We've just received new computers with Office 2010, perhaps this is fixed in this version?
