Building a query in Microsoft Access

Hello: I need a code to create an auto generated multi record report depending on date like if I have a 4 portions loan that it's payment will take 4 years. The report will create a 4 records each in a year of how much to pay, starting from the first year. I want the query to calculate as that:
  • I put the start date in a table.
  • Then I put the " portions" which define how many years the loan will work for example " the start date will be 02-01-2015 , and the portions will be "4" portions which means four years.
  • The query should return in a report like calculating the exact amount for " 2016,2017,2018,2019 " automatically .... depending on start date and portions ..... and reveal it in a report ....more like amortization schedule.
