This subject has been brought sever times, but its all outdated and i decided to give it a 2012 go :)
As ISP needs to interconect to backbones with other AS and besides RIPE, having a BGP session seem a good way to route IGPs. I know it a hard and long process, as setting and maintaining it is a pain in the back, but i would like to hear some words and opininons, about routing with BGP.
For example, me as ISP, wants to interconnect with another country and provide their internet on my market, but well known fact is that you need to set the AS from theirs to ours.
