I have a Dell Latitude laptop. When I was recently doing Windows updates, I rebooted it but now I'm getting the blue screen of death (BSOD). This is the error I'm seeing: 0X6F (0XFFFFFFFFC000012F). What should I do?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You could always try rebooting in safe mode and going back to your last restore point. If it’s under warranty, try calling Dell. Were the updates you were applying mandatory only or just the full “patch” version of the latest updates. I usually prefer to apply my updates manually as needed.

You did not mention which OS version is there like Windows 7/ 8/ 8.1/ 10. ou can try to run sfc/scannow to reboot the OS in command prompt, safe mode (assuming in normal start-up this is happened). Or Microsoft has a good solution according to OS version. Please navigate here and select radio button according to your OS version and follow on screen instructions. This is here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors.
