Blackberry Z30, Blackberry OS 10.3.1.997 Model STA 100-1 missing many default apps

Found an old phone that my dad, who worked at RIM, wasn't using, so I started using it. Did a full reset, used a autolauncher for the same OS. I did not back-up it, as it had tracking software from Blackberry for information collection, which made me paranoid on the spot. Stupid decision. I just want to get the default apps back. I'm not too tech-savvy, so if you are able to dumb it up for me that would be much appreciated.

Update: A secure wipe has now started after clicking the factory reset button in BB Link.

Are you sure, when you did reset, it completes the full cycle? Was there an interruption? Is it possible to reset the same again, if you not to worry about backup ?

I just did another secure wipe on the phone, and the default files are still missing. I just left the phone running overnight, and nothing changed from the first secure wipe, aside from a few files i downloaded myself

Which files were downloaded there? Are they still there? What is the purpose to download them?

The files were google APK files, including google account manager, google play, and another that I can't currently remember the name of. All were necessities for running google play, though. From google play, I also downloaded some apps for reading comics. They were downloaded after the first wipe, and were removed after the second wipe.

Please don't go for another wipe/ reset or something like that. It reduces its performance/ life. Better link here for full support for your device, https://global.blackberry.com/en/support/smartphones/blackberry-z30/apps
