So here's my situation. For security purposes, I would like to send and receive emails (that are all encrypted). But I'm not sure the best way to do that. Can anyone give me some advice here? Basically the best way to encrypt my emails. Thanks!

Definitely need more info. Are you working for a business? Are you sending/receiving personal emails? What’s your specific risk/need?

I would recommend looking at Microsoft’s Office 365 and Google’s G Suite as emails are natively encrypted when sent/received in those environments.

More information is required. If you are using outlook there is a built in features for encryption in Outlook, if you have an Office 365 subscription. It is required to to exchange digital signatures with your recipient so that both of you will be able to unencrypt the messages. After writing an email, just select Options > More Options > Message Options > Security Settings > Encrypt message contents and attachments. But keep ion mind this is a paid in service. There is no "best" way.

There are numerous possible requirements that you might have, and they might be very different from requirements of others. First thing to consider is that both sender and recipient must use the same encryption/decryption methods. If sending to a group, the entire group must coordinate. If sending to or receiving from different individuals, they may have different environments.

If you control both ends, there should be few problems.
