What is your actual budget? Best depends always on budget. In the market there are several brands and almost all are working fine. Now some/few brands availability depend on locality/ country. It is better to contact an expert/visit a reputed shop and consult the same.

Moreover, before buying, make sure that, the vendor/company can provide service after sold the product. This is an important part after purchasing any product.

There is no "best" of just anything in most market spaces. There may be "best for you", but we don't have a way to know what that is. (We often don't know what's "best for us".)

To decide what may be best for you, you first need to list your various requirements based on your environment. Those possibly also need to be weighted in terms of importance to you. Starting with that list, you'll compare features of different products to see how the features and requirements match up. The product that best matches (in your opinion) with your requirements is probably the "best for you" (and possibly not for anyone else).

Environment requirements may cover current and planned installed physical hardware, regulatory restrictions, types of applications, user needs, budget, climate, UTM access expections, and probably other items.

Of course, you can always just search for [ utm reviews ], decide which reviews you trust the most and pick what looks good. Or ask internet strangers (who might be sales reps for UTM solutions, hackers that know vulnerabilities of recommended products or anything else).

This is a hard one to answer. What are you trying to accomplish? What are your security risks? Business requirements? I believe that UTM technology is great for smaller and medium-sized businesses. Here's a piece that I wrote for TechTarget that may help:
