    It depends on how you've configured your system. (And since AS/400s are too old to run IBM i 7.3, it might depend on what system you're actually running.)

    In the best probable case, you'd query entries for created objects in QAUDJRN, the system audit journal. If that hasn't been configured to log those, it might depend on what has been set up.

    At the worst, you might build a list of all (non-system) objects in the QSYS.LIB file system and check the object type and creation date of each one.

    if you are looking for user files and others you can try a command like this then sort the results by date created. It will take some time to run.
    DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*ALL)
    OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
    OUTFILE(QTEMP/SYS_OBJS)
