Travel and expense management
Dear Members, Greetings! I hope this email finds you all in the best of your spirits. I work in a very large organization which uses SAP HR Travel Management module very extensively, We have dozens of trips taking place on a daily basis. Though we have SAP. we still use emails to get quotation and fare details for each trip. we have a list of authorized agencies who we deal with. I am searching for a feasible solution in this module such that once a travel request is generated the email is directly sent to the travel agencies and they respond to us in a timely manner. Please note that currently we have been offered a solution from the technical which directly attaches the TR and sends the document to the agencies which the agencies are making a wrong use of by making and confirming dummy bookings. Currently my vague idea is to either setup a portal where our travel agencies log in and they input their fares. Please note that our process is that a permission is released for the trip and based on the permission letter, a travel request is generated and the quotations for the same details in the trip is asked. I understand you might not have a clear idea about the process but I want you to suggest the best practices in the market in SAP TRAVEL MANAGEMENT. Thanks you so much in advance. Regards, SAP HR USER.
