    Have u installed the driver first !! Check is it installed properly (thru Device Manager, hope u know that), If the web cam driver is not listed in device manager/ has a yellow sign, dnld web cam driver from Asus Website. And If the driver is installed properly and working then u have to need application/ utility while asus has an apps for its web cam known as eCam. U can dnld it and enjoy.
