How to determine a head count requirement based off of ASA targets

I need to determine a Head Count requirement - based off ASA targets, example, if volume at peak is 400 calls per interval - and Handle time is 345 seconds, what is my FTE requirement if ASA is 600 seconds, 300 seconds, 180 and 120? I am not sure how to calculate that..
