Hi all,
How can I come to know that a particular PF or LF is used in which RPG programs in a particular library or library list?
Is there direct command or I need to write some CL program to list all libraries and programs in those libraries in library list and then search?
Regards.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

A quick, easy way is to use PDM.  Put a 25 in the first option when looking at the source in a library. Then shift+F1 to repeat it. Enter the file name you are looking for (you can eve change the columns to search). Change option prompt to *NONE, and print list to “Y” It will give a report of all programs using this file.

Then repeat for each library.

There are packages out there that are designed just for this purpose

DSPPGMREF might be useful -- prompt f4

But there are ways for programs to use files that aren't going to show in that command.
