We installed a new print server and now our AS/400 screen prints aren't working. All settings are the same and if we directly install a printer to a PC by adding an IP Port, the screen prints work fine. But once we install the printer through the print server, it does not work. I installed iSeries Access for Windows v6.0 on the server. If i do a screen print from the server (Not using a PDT), it prints. But from my local PC, also not using PDT, all I get are light dots. I've tried each PDT available to me, but nothing prints at all. When I open the printer "See What's Printing", I can see that the job hits the queue and goes away, but the printer never moves. The new print server is running server 2012. We have tried printing to Lexmark, HP, and Konica-Minolta printers with the same results.
