One job is stuck in *JOBQ status. All jobs are in RLS status in job queue. Job queue is assigned to subsystem and the subsystem is currently active. What should I do?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Try the RLSJOBQ command, it may have been put on hold to prevent anything from running and not released afterwards.  That is my best guess if the jobs are not held and the subsystem is started.

Is the *JOBQ released? Is any job running in the subsystem?

How many jobs from that queue can enter the subsystem at a time? Do you have an active job or jobs in the subsystem that entered via that job queue?

Try the WRKSBSD and see what the max active jobs are for the subsystem. If the value is 1 then this is single threaded.
