I'm using a built in laser scanner that comes with a DaVinci AIO 3D printer, can I change the size of the object? Can I alter the internal structure? Can I import the scanned image into another program to make the changes I want, and if yes, which programs would be compatible and cheep?

Those are research questions that can mostly be answered simply by reviewing the on-line specs of the device. Details can be answered by the vendor. If you run into errors when using the device or the supplied software and the vendor can't help, that's when this forum can help finding answers.

FYI I'm not what you would call computer literate. I can see that 3D printing would be useful in many applications for my work and hobbies ( stage props, puppets, etc.) I can't find a local distributor for the " out of the box" machine that my gut tells me would be the most useful and the specs on the online ad tell me nothing about my versatility question. This website was at the top of the Google search for this type of question, so if my needs are too simplistic for your forum can you please direct me to one that can be more helpful?
