Hi, I would like to get an email alert when I sent an email to any external domains. We are using exchange 2003 server. Would that be possible

Looks like this is a similar request. Essentially, you’ll need to code your own modifications, unless there is a third-party add on already that does this.

By the time Exchange gets the message it is too late. What email client software do you use (that's where you'd likely need the warning to occur)?

Hi, We use outlook 2003 and 2007 clients.
