After migration to exchange online, Incomming Digitilly signed emails are landing as attachments.

We migrated to exchange online. We have 100s of external clients who send us digitally signed emails, before migration these emails were coming fine. But after we migrated these emails are coming as Attachments to us. Where this issues could be?
Do we need to change something on our end?
